Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain automation systems for reporting and dashboarding

Desired Skills & Qualifications –

  • Professional qualification in business/commerce/economics/law.
  • Excellent understanding of Banking/NBFC/HFC/IRDAI regulations, law, and practices.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in the Compliance/Governance role.
  • Basic understanding of lending industry/business models.


  • Drive Disbursement Target vs Achievement- as per expected target shared monthly ensuring the DRR is tracked and maintained on a daily basis.
  • Maximize sales through a network of DSA by effectively managing and building relationships to ensure long lasting relationships.
  • Effectively managing and driving the team targets on various aspects and parameters


  • Automate new Provisioning and Scale Up of infrastructure components on AWS or GCP (EC2, RDS , Kafka, etc)

  • Research & implement new solutions for helping increase deployment speed, scaling of Kubernetes infrastructure, cost optimization of infrastructure.

Roles and Responsibilities –

  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure that all the relevant loan details are provided to client by the Relationship managers.
  • Implement and monitor test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the service and loan product.
  • Identify and remedy defects within the application processing.

Job Description: 

  • Manage and lead the identification of and approaches various Lenders (Banks, NBFCs, DFIs, MFs, Corporates, etc.) with funding opportunities.
  • Build on relationships with existing as well as probable lenders
  • Prepare proposals, applications, information memorandum and any other document required for funding

  • Exhibit strong legal and business judgement while drafting / reviewing contracts and other legal documents.
  • Ensure effective management of legal and contractual functions.
  • Should have excellent research, analytical skills and should be able to exercise judgment and discretion to opine on compliance/ legal issues effectively

  • To manage training & development objective of the allotted PARTNER branches/cluster
  • To ensure optimal training coverage to realize desired sales & product mix objective.
  • To plan training calendar and ensure training coverage as per planned calendar & training needs & agreed flavour of the month.
  • The role requires maintaining and managing relationships with banking partners and ensure scale up of the partnerships
  • Work in tandem with the product team to identify suitable product solutions needed for our partners while leveraging our internal capabilities
