Job Role:

  • Champion excellent management of financial resources, promoting probity, efficiency, high performance, and overall value for money- Monitor strategic analysis and strategic planning, including leading to the development of the annual- and medium-term financial plans ensuring they reflect the organization’s priorities and strategic objectives
  • Review financial and performance data, and provide financial insights/advice
  • Create a culture which empowers budget holders and staff, and supports the delivery of value-for money services, including reporting on benchmark information and key cost drivers

Job Role:

  • Formulate strategy for the Collections function in the region across all products
  • Participate in business reviews conducted for Collection on a periodic basis and recommend for course correction wherever required
  • Develop detailed plans for collections function including overall cost, manpower requirements, geographic spread, etc. and present to the CEO for approval
  • Develop plans for managing collections within defined bounce buckets and ensure there are contingency plans for emergent situations

Job Role:

  • Lead and organize collections for the organisation to deliver sustainable profit by maximizing collections and recovery through different channels; Provide support and guidance in collections related matters to the team/ collection’s agencies/ partners; Develop robust processes & models to drive high collections across multiple defined buckets for minimizing losses and maximizing recovery from delinquent customers.

Job Role:

  • Managing the compliance and regulatory risk and providing support to the Senior Management in connection thereto
  • Assessing the compliance risks faced by the business and to ensure that the company appropriately manages those risks.
  • Disseminating regulations to business and support function and provide ongoing advisory services to ensure that the company operates in accordance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Overseeing and monitoring the implementation of the compliance program

Job Role:

  • Conceptualize and lead data driven projects to support the collections business unit.
  • Perform regular analysis on all productivity metrics and recommend improvements on operations and strategic interventions to drive overall collection efficiencies.
  • Coordinate with team members to resolve all collection issues & manage large amounts of data for providing insights to business.

  • Define a world-class experience for Lendingkart customers that bridges online and mobile channels including messaging channels such as whatsapp, etc.
  • Partner with UX research and design teams on user research and testing exercises Coordinate and engage with multiple teams from a variety of functions including tech, product, design and operations teams to prioritize and launch new features or enhancements.
  • Define, measure and monitor key metrics and use the same to drive the customer experience roadmap.

Job Role:

  • Responsible to provide adequate and quick resolution to all the escalated complaints.
  • Ensuring adherence to grievances redressal policy and processes, monitoring its implementation, and initiating corrective action wherever needed by self.
  • Evaluation of complaints and submit the RCA with action plan.
  • Participate in various initiatives towards reduction in escalations of customer complaints.
