Cluster Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Cluster manager to lead our Direct Sales Agent (DSA) channel focused on unsecured loans within our fintech company. As the Cluster manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the channel’s strategy, driving business growth, and managing relationships with our DSA partners. 

Key Performance Indicators  (this might not be exhaustive, but gives an indication of expected deliverables)

  • Driving logins and disbursements through empaneled channel partners

  • Regularly training the team to achieve KPIs 

  • Adhering to policy guidelines while sourcing files through RMs

  • Optimizing pricing and cross sell opportunities

  • Ensuring no delinquency in early buckets

  • Ensuring RMs are meeting clients pre and post disbursal and going on joint visits on sample basis

  • Striving to achieve channel level KPIs

  • Reducing TAT for login and disbursal

Some high level things you would own but not limited to:

  • You will develop and implement channel service strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience, streamline processes, and drive efficiency across all channels – Channel Service Strategy

  • You will define and enforce service standards to deliver a consistent and seamless customer experience across different channels. Monitor customer feedback, conduct surveys, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and drive customer satisfaction – Customer Experience Management

What you would possess already:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.

  • Proven experience (7 years) in channel service management, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.

  • Strong understanding of customer experience principles and best practices.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Senior Software Engineer

About the Role:
LendingKart seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Senior Engineer to join their Data Engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, a proven track record of implementing robust data pipelines , ensure data quality and the ability to mentor and guide team members. This role requires an individual who is comfortable being actively involved in coding, design, and deployment of complex data solutions, driving technical excellence, and ensuring the stability and performance of our data platform.

Some high level things you would own but not limited to:

  • Architect the Roadmap: Define and own the technical vision for the data platform, making critical build-vs-buy decisions and selecting appropriate technologies for batch and streaming workloads.

  • Lakehouse Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of a robust Lakehouse Architecture, utilizing the Medallion structure (Bronze, Silver, Gold) to ensure data is organized, governed, and accessible.

  • Data Modeling: Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization  to translate complex business logic into efficient, scalable data models (Star Schema, Snowflake, Data Marts) tailored for high-performance analytics.

  • High-Performance ETL/ELT: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable pipelines capable of handling massive datasets with low latency.

  • Real-Time Ingestion: Architect modern data ingestion strategies, focusing on Change Data Capture (CDC) mechanisms (using tools like Debezium, PeerDB) and event-driven architectures via Kafka or Google Pub/Sub.

  • Spark Optimization: Serve as the subject matter expert on Apache Spark (Batch and Structured Streaming), performing deep-dive tuning on memory management, shuffling, and partitioning to optimize costs and runtime.

  • Lead by Example: Remain hands-on (approx. 30-50% coding), writing advanced Python, Scala, and SQL to solve the most complex transformation challenges and build core frameworks for the wider team.

Operations Manager – Secured

 

Some high level
things you would own but not limited to:

1. Loan Operations & Processing

● Coordinate loan files from login to disbursement with
Credit and Central Operations teams.

● Ensure loan files are complete with all mandatory
documentation including KYC, financials, agreements, property documents and
sanction conditions before submission for disbursement.

● Support pre-disbursement and post-disbursement operational
activities at the branch level.

● Track case movement across stages and coordinate with
stakeholders to ensure timely disbursement and processing.

 

2. Repayment & Loan Servicing

● Update customer repayment receipts and collections in
system on a regular basis.

● Monitor cheque clearance, bounce cases and cheque
re-presentation tracking.

● Process loan part payments, foreclosure requests and
closure formalities in system.

● Coordinate issuance of NOC / Loan Closure letters and
account statements to customers.

 

3. Customer Service & Relationship Handling

● Act as the primary point of contact for walk-in
customers at the branch
.

● Assist customers with loan applications, documentation
requirements, repayment queries and servicing requests.

● Resolve customer grievances or escalate unresolved issues
to relevant teams.

● Provide updates to customers regarding loan status,
disbursement and servicing requests
.

 

4. Documentation Management, MODT & Compliance

● Ensure proper documentation hygiene for all loan files
maintained at the branch.

● Verify completeness of documents including loan
agreements, KYC documents, property papers, sanction letters and declarations.

● Coordinate execution and tracking of MODT (Memorandum of
Deposit of Title Deeds) or other collateral-related documentation where
applicable.

● Ensure all loan documentation is executed as per
regulatory and internal policy requirements.

● Maintain updated records for audit, compliance reviews and
regulatory inspections.

 

5. Loan File Management & Storage

● Maintain structured and secure storage of loan files
and customer documents
at the branch.

● Ensure proper file indexing, inwarding and tracking of
documents
sent to central storage or vendors.

● Maintain records of document movement, retrieval
requests and outward dispatch
.

● Ensure adherence to company policies regarding physical
document custody, archival and retrieval processes
.

● Coordinate with document storage vendors and central
operations
for file storage and retrieval.

 

6. Reconciliation & Operational Controls

● Perform debit and credit reconciliation for customer
accounts and branch transactions
.

● Maintain branch MIS related to loan files, collections,
disbursement and servicing activities

● Identify operational discrepancies and coordinate with
relevant teams for resolution.

 

7. Branch Administration

● Maintain branch inward/outward registers and
operational trackers

● Coordinate with vendors for courier, document storage,
housekeeping and other administrative activities

What you would possess already:

● 5+ years of experience in handling Branch Operations.

● Well verse with the Regulatory compliances and policies

About the Role

  • As an IT Infrastructure Technician in our dynamic product-based environment, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our mission by delivering exceptional IT support and services to our internal teams. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of IT-related tasks, including desktop and application software support, network administration, VOIP services, print services, email management, and diagnosing hardware versus network issues onsite.
