Ø Conduct market visits and promote Bank’s various products to prospective customers
Ø Achievement of Annual Operating Plan
Ø Ensuring Sales executives achieve their Threshold Targets
Ø Adherence to audit & compliance guidelines
Ø Following the TAT for disbursement with focus on First Time Right and Post Disbursement Documentation complete
Ø Attrition Control & filling hiring gaps. Maintaining Team cohesiveness
Ø Control on Portfolio Attrition
Ø Ensuring all registers are maintained in Branch
Ø Ensure all corporate office initiatives are being implemented
Ø Ensure Profitability of Business at Branch level
Ø Regular Customer Visits
Ø Ensure there is no Manpower Gap
Ø Motivate staff to achieve targets and earn incentives
Ø Cross selling of products like S/A account, Insurance, Other loans.
Ø Conduct performance review of sales executives and suggest if some improvement is to be done.
Maintaining the MIS, generating reports.

About the role :
The Branch Manager (BM) serves as the primary custodian of a branch’s overall performance and operational integrity. The role involves managing the entire business lifecycle at the local level, from talent acquisition and business growth to risk mitigation and cross-departmental coordination. The Branch Manager is ultimately responsible for the P&L (Profit and Loss) of their specific unit, ensuring that customer service remains high while maintaining strict adherence to credit and compliance standards.
