● Channel Strategy: Develop and
implement a comprehensive channel strategy for the Direct Sales Agent (DSA)
channel specializing in unsecured loans. Align the channel strategy with the
overall goals and objectives of the company. Identify target markets, customer
segments, and key performance indicators for the channel’s success.
● Business Development: Drive
business growth by actively pursuing new business opportunities for unsecured
loans. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and convert potential leads
into successful partnerships. Stay updated on market trends, customer needs,
and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation and
competitive advantage.
● Partner Management: Build and
maintain strong relationships with DSA partners, including agents, brokers, and
independent financial advisors. Recruit and onboard new partners, ensuring they
are equipped with the necessary tools, training, and resources to promote and
sell unsecured loans effectively. Provide ongoing support, guidance, and
performance monitoring to maximize partner productivity and satisfaction.
● Sales Enablement: Develop and
implement sales enablement strategies and initiatives to support the DSA
partners in promoting and selling unsecured loans. This includes providing
sales training, product knowledge resources, marketing materials, and sales support
tools. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop targeted
campaigns and promotions to drive sales.
● Performance Management:
Monitor and analyze the channel’s performance in terms of sales targets, loan
portfolio quality, revenue generation, and customer satisfaction. Develop and
implement strategies to address any performance gaps and optimize results.
Conduct regular performance reviews with DSA partners, providing feedback,
coaching, and incentives to drive their performance and achieve business
objectives.
● Compliance and Risk
Management: Ensure DSA partners adhere to regulatory and compliance standards
in the fintech industry. Develop and implement processes and controls to
mitigate operational and credit risks associated with unsecured loan sales.
Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices to
ensure the channel operates within legal and ethical boundaries.
● Collaboration: Collaborate
closely with cross-functional teams, including credit risk, operations, legal,
and marketing, to align strategies, share insights, and drive overall business
success. Foster a collaborative and cohesive working environment across
departments.
What you would possess already:
● Bachelor’s degree in
business, finance, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
● Proven experience (10+ years)
in channel service management, preferably within the fintech or financial
services industry.
● Strong understanding of
customer experience principles and best practices.
● Excellent leadership and team
management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
● Analytical mindset with the
ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
