About the Role

At Lendingkart we are scouting for individuals who will be building, planning and implementing the overall collections strategy. If you want to start small, impact large – this is the place for you.

Some high level things you would own but not limited to:

  • You will  manage the portfolio of the assigned geography.
  • You will follow up with delinquent cases personally, along with the collection manager, along with the collection agencies team & ensure resolution of the cases.
  • You will be part of Recovery on high value NPA – write-off cases. Also, responsible to collect & resolve the Current bounce, 1-30, 31-60 & 61-90 cases. Must focus on collecting late payment & other charges.
  • You will recruit collection agencies, repossession agencies, valuation agencies as on where required.
  • You will recruit advocate as required.
  • You will  have collection & legal knowledge of secured & unsecured business.
  • You will have relevant legal knowledge to use the same recovery & collection tool.
  • You will have proper MIS & account management knowledge.
  • You will be open to operate from home & without the presence of an office.
  • You will be excellent in written & oral communication skills.
  • You will have the ability to interact with the senior management team in case of requirement.
  • You will have ability to understand statement of account, repayment schedule & foreclosure of the loan accounts.
  • You will be an efficient leader, must believe the spirit of teamwork, must maintain the decorum of the office, must follow the reporting hierarchy, must follow the entire laid down policy & Process of collection.

Some high level things you would own but not limited to:

  • To Manage the collections & recovery portfolio of the assigned Zone.
  • Follow Up with delinquent cases personally along with the assigned Area collection manager, collection manager, inhouse staff, offroll staff and  agencies.
  • Reviewing the delinquent list with the ACM, collection manager and  agencies/vendors regularly.
  • Negotiating suitable payment plans and maintaining payment records of his assigned state.
  • Recruit ACM, collection managers & collection agencies at assigned locations.
  • Must possess excellent knowledge on the recovery and legal process.
  • Open to operate from an agency office without the presence of an office.
  • Open to traveling all around the assigned locations.
  • Must have knowledge of local markets and areas to operate smoothly.
  • Responsible for achieving the assigned daily/monthly/quarterly /yearly targets.
  • Gather and update all relevant MIS for reporting to the supervisors.
  • Ensuring adherence to the collection processes and policies
  1. Handling and overseeing the entire Account Receivable Management/ customer accounting.
  2. Manage the work related to various reconciliation of principal outstanding, interest and other chargesbetween systems.
  3. Manage the collection recording/uploading, reporting of Principal at Risk and Bank Reconciliation.
  4. Providing support in timely closure of month end, quarter end and year end financials and MIS.
  5. Manage a team to monitor the complete process of presentation of the repayments and tallying theaccounts daily with the lender system.
  6. Providing support in launch and integration of new products and finalising the process.
  7. Coordinating the work regular E-collection work with respect to daily recording/ refunding of amountreceived through partners.
  8. Managing escrow accounts for collection and reconciliation and managing account receivables.
  9. Timely disposing off various complaints received from RBI or any other source.
  10. Guiding and tracking the suspense clearance process. Timely clearance of suspense and maintaining itat a certain level.
  11. Providing data and other details as and when asked by various auditors or management.
  12. Manage the Co-lender accounting and reconciliation.
  13. Providing the data as and when asked by co-lenders. Supervising the work of regular payments as andwhen required to them
  14. Develop financialpolicy and procedure for operational efficiency.

Job Description:

  • Enhance the security, resilience, and reliability for IT Security, Risk Management, Regulatory & Compliance (ISO, RBI Guidelines, Cert-IN Implementation, ISMS Audits – internal & external etc.), Network Security & Platform Defense, Security Operations, Security Monitoring
  • Developing and implementing Enterprise Security Strategy Governance Frameworks, Standards, Policies
  • Experience in managing security audits, such as, ISO 27001, SOC 1, SOC2
  • In-depth knowledge of security controls, interpreting control requirements for SOC 2, ISO audits, reviewing control evidence for completeness and accuracy, and ensuring evidence provided to auditors satisfies control requirements
  • Develop GRC deliverables, execute Security Strategy, Frameworks, Policies, Assessments, Solutions etc and lead their implementation either onsite or remotely dependent upon the business requirements and preferred working practices
  • Continuously monitor adherence to the implemented security controls and perform optimization as necessary.
  • Review effectiveness of application security solutions, vulnerability remediation, and vulnerability management. Provide oversight to all security operation initiatives and Security controls assessments.
  • Perform security gap analysis and risk assessment for Platforms, Applications, Networks, Databases across all departments
  • Work closely with business and technology teams to help articulate and communicate the InfoSec governance programme, identify risks and threats, and evaluate and help implement controls and improvements
  • Analyze and assess impact to the data/infrastructure as a result of security incidents, examine available recovery tools and processes, and recommend solutions.
  • Project management experience in the areas of IT Risk, Compliance, and security operations. Ability to plan and manage multiple GRC and Security engagements.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and review information security policies and principles that will ensure Data Security and Privacy, Confidentiality, Integrity & Availability and appropriate use of the company’s information assets
  • Implement and maintain ISO 27001 Framework and Information Security Management System (ISMS)
  • Ability to plan and lead meetings with internal team and clients
  • Prepare detailed and summary reports of assessments, and remediation plans as needed and advise internal stakeholders
  • Ensuring any customer requirements are adequately addressed as part of Infosec objectives.
  • Driving GRC objectives with department heads, ensure departments aligned with GRC objectives
  • Conduct technology risk assessments across departments on periodic basis to ensure compliance with standards and guidelines
  • Facilitate internal audits and support external audits to identify weaknesses in processes and controls and implement corrective action plans
  • Review threat assessment landscape and security issues using tools/technology/frameworks like DLP, WAF, CICD, Firewall, IPS/IDS tuning, IAM & PAM, DRM, NAC, SIEM & DNS, ITSM and CMDB to enhance security operations and to remediate network security risks.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting to regulatory authorities, stakeholders, and senior management on risk and compliance related matters
  • Conduct knowledge sharing sessions for the Cyber Security team as well as the extended teams within the organization.
  • Develop and implement plans for review of data breaches, ensuring that incident management is effectively addressed

 

Qualification and experience:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Information Management and Security, Computer Science
  • Proven experience as a Security Manager or in a similar role.
  • 10+ years of experience in managing data security practices and technologies 
  • Understanding and experience with ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOC2 & CSA STAR
  • Experience or understanding of governance, risk and compliance (GRC) processes and solutions.
  • Experience in information security and auditing.
  • Experience in RBI, CERT-IN and other regulatory guidelines
  • Desired certifications CISA, CISM, ISO 27001
  • Strong Communication skills

JOB DESCRIPTION:
