  • Drive best practices and ensure development of high quality solutions/technologies through advocating for and ensuring standards for common assets and framework components.
  • Determine the right technology choices (upgrade decisions, hosting decision) to best delivery business value keeping in mind availability, scalability and reliability of solution.
  • Build and manage a team of high caliber engineers and inform on resource allocation strategy.
  • Ensure all solutions/technologies adheres to all development & security standards.

Job Role:

  • End to End Payroll & Statutory Compliances and Time Office Management.
  • Ensure timely and effective management of Payroll Compliance delivery per HR Labour Laws and as per the company group compliance framework for group Full-time employees and Full-time contract staff.
  • Co-own end-to-end employee services and employee experience charter through defining and driving adherence to processes and through execution of HR Operations strategy.
  • Handle complex employee relations issues.
