Role & Responsibilities

  • Preparation and support in preparation of Financial Decks to be presented to top management, investors and lenders.
  • Preparation and support in Monthly Reporting in investors format.
  • Preparing/ Reviewing the data as and when asked by different lenders.
  • Preparation of various reports as and when required by management.
  • Support in Audit closure works.
  • Preparation/ Support in preparation of Monthly ECL Workings.
  • Support in preparation of Annual Operating Plan, 5 Year Plan.
  • Preparation of PL of new products and analyzing the profitability and monitoring performance of new product launch.
  • Contributing to P&L through Revenue enhancement & Cost savings ideas, tapping revenue leakages and controlling cost wastages.
  • Support in Identifying cost saving/revenue generating opportunities across business functions / processes, presenting to higher management and preparation of business / financial models for feasibility analysis, implementation & periodic review / revision.
  • Support in preparation of Ratio analysis / performance analysis for submission & strategic decision making for top management.
  • Providing support in preparation of business simulation models based on changed business environment / dynamics and translating the impact thereof on business profitability.
  • Analyze the financial performance of other players / competitors in the industry, understand the standard business practices and benchmarking with our company for improved business processes / practices & financial performance.
  • Ensuring cohesive coordination between Management Accounting Team & FP&A Team.

About the Role

Seeking an experienced Data Scientist with 4 to 7 years of experience in data science, with a

strong background in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis. The Data

Scientist will be responsible for designing and implementing predictive models, developing data-

driven solutions, and analyzing large datasets to inform business decisions.

Some high level things you would own but not limited to:

  • You will analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends and insights that drive business decisions

  • You will be developing and implementing predictive models to forecast customer behavior, market trends, and other key metrics.

  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and design solutions using data science techniques.

What you would possess already:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field

  • At least 4 to 7 years of experience in data science, with a focus on machine learning and statistical modeling.

  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, SQL, or other relevant programming languages

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js

  • Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases

  • Experience working in a financial or fintech industry is a plus

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Some high level things you would own but not limited to:

  • Credit Underwriting:

    • Review credit card applications and assess applicants’ creditworthiness based on established criteria and credit scoring models.

    • Determine appropriate credit limits for approved applicants.

    • Make decisions regarding credit card applications, including approvals, declines, and counteroffers.

    • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal credit policies.

  • Risk Assessment:

    • Conduct risk analysis and evaluate potential risks associated with credit card portfolios.

    • Monitor the credit card portfolio’s performance and identify trends or emerging risks.

    • Recommend adjustments to credit policies and underwriting criteria to mitigate risks.

  • Data Analysis:

    • Analyze large datasets to gain insights into customer behavior, payment patterns, and credit performance.

    • Develop and maintain predictive models to forecast credit card portfolio performance.

    • Use statistical tools and software to extract actionable information from data.

  • Portfolio Management:

    • Optimize credit card portfolios to maximize profitability while minimizing credit losses.

    • Segment the customer base and tailor credit offerings to different customer groups.

    • Implement strategies to reduce delinquency rates and charge-offs.

  • Reporting and Documentation:

    • Prepare regular reports on credit card portfolio performance and share insights with management.

    • Maintain accurate records of credit decisions, policies, and data analysis results.

    • Ensure compliance with documentation and reporting requirements.

  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, collections, and finance, to align credit strategies with business goals.

    • Collaborate with data scientists and IT professionals to enhance data analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities:-

 

  • Apply in-depth specialty knowledge to complete tasks related to Know Your Client (KYC & VKYC).
  • Participate in AML training offered through the business.
  • Relevant experience required.
  • Working knowledge of AML regulations and experience preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications.
  • Maintain accurate, organized and current compliance records and documentation in a manner consistent with the department’s needs.
  • Perform V-CIP journey with client over call to verify client KYC.
  • Interaction with the cross-functional team to resolve any internal queries related to the loan application.
  • Client communication or confirmation for any issue in shared documents.
  • Perform Dedupe checks to know any fraud application or any other details linked with client loan application.
  • Head responsibility for the loan processing.

About the Role:

This is  a strategic role expectation is to set the FCU unit end to end & core expectation is to set the fraud & risk management framework. Ability to lead FCU functions & work very closely with all the key stakeholders of the organization. Somebody with technical expertise in the BFSI space would be an add on benefit.

  • Reconciliation of principal outstanding, interest and other charges between systems.
  • Collection recording/uploading, reporting of Principal at Risk and Bank Reconciliation.
  • Reconciliation of TDS recoverable with 26AS/ TDS certificate and payment thereof.

Qualification

  • B.COM / M.COM / MBA

Basic requirement

  • Should have basic knowledge of Excel.
  • Should have basic knowledge of Tally.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Education Qualifications & Requirements :

    • Should have executed a production level end to end UI application on his own
    • Hands on contributor who played an important role in implementing the proposed architecture and design
    • Excellent command over HTML5, CSS,Javascript,Jquery,Ajax,MVVM. Proficient understanding of web markup.
  • Expert Level proficiency of JS Library/ Framework.
  • Proficient in unit test cases for UI applications functionality and flow testing 
  • Good knowledge of caching and memory management for UI applications

Job Description:
  • Identify, onboard, and close new cross sell partners that deliver the next level of growth for the organization wrt various cross sell products
  • Actively contribute to the overall achievement of annual operating plan revenue targets while monitoring the same closely on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Ability to work through the details and prepare the annual operating targets in line with the overall revenue targets of the organization
  • Work closely with the Tech and product teams to provide BRDs and requirements for any new product development along with onboarding any new partners
  • Work closely with Tech and product to ensure zero surprise operations and promptly resolve any issues arising out of any tech glitches
  • Manage relationships with existing & new cross sell partners in order to create new opportunities
  • Negotiating win-win partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy
  • Plan business outcomes and co-own all business metrics and growth for the cross sell partnerships line of business
  • Conceptualize, execute and develop strategic alliances with companies and third party service providers to accelerate innovation and revenue growth across a range of cross sell products
  • Grow the relationship and revenue potential with these strategic partners and deepen relations with partners by looking at opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team on achieving attachment rate targets across all cross sell products along with resolving any issues/concerns across all cross sell products
  • Provide regular reports on KPIs and ensure regular MIS is circulated across all internal and external stakeholders
  • Keep up to date and understand competitive products and pricing strategies to ensure or retain and grow market share
