Location: Makarba


  • primary & key responsibility is to negotiate the terms and conditions of the loan details shared with the customers (ROI, Charges etc)
  • Outbound calling of about 200 -250 calls per day to the interested customers
  • To ensure conversion of the loan applications at the highest rates possible.

Desired Skills & Qualifications –

  • Professional qualification in business/commerce/economics/law.
  • Excellent understanding of Banking/NBFC/HFC/IRDAI regulations, law, and practices.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in the Compliance/Governance role.
  • Basic understanding of lending industry/business models.

Roles and Responsibilities –

  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure that all the relevant loan details are provided to client by the Relationship managers.
  • Implement and monitor test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the service and loan product.
  • Identify and remedy defects within the application processing.

Call Customers to guide them to E-sign the agreement.
Guide the customer to proceed with eNach mandate.
