Roles and Responsibilities

  • End to End Payroll & Statutory Compliances and Time Office Management
  • Ensure timely and effective management of Payroll Compliance delivery per HR Labour Laws and as per the company group compliance framework for group Full-time employees and Full-time contract staff.
  • Co-own end-to-end employee services and employee experience charter through defining and driving adherence to processes and through execution of HR Operations strategy.
  • Own HR Operations reporting cadence for end-to-end HR Operations areas and ensure a metrics-driven organization that leverages reporting, dashboards, and SLA tracking to provide actionable insight on service delivery and effectiveness.
  • Handle complex employee relations issues
  • Smooth onboarding, induction, separations & subsequent documentation
  • Manage HR portal & its database
  • Design and publish weekly dashboards and HR MIS
  • Should handle different insurance like GMC, GTL & GPA
  • Should be able to maintain TAT for F&F release
  • Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures
  • Create detailed reports on HR costs
  • Address employees’ queries (e.g. on compensation and labour regulations) Requirements
  • Good knowledge of labour law & Statutory Compliance
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
  • Experience designing compensation and benefits packages
  • Act as the point of contact for HR Operations projects and liaise with senior management, stakeholders and the teams entrusted with the actual project execution.
  • Draw up and maintain a calendar of Internal control activities and ensure completion deadlines, accurate and timely completion, and quality assurance for all submissions.
  • Review and implement Payroll Operations process improvements with a view to achieve enhanced efficiency in decision making.
  • Drive the entire BGV process

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • 8 – 12 years of experience with at least 7+ years leading HR Operations team
  • MBA (HR) & IR
  • You ideally possess solid experience in Payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of legal and statutory requirements pertaining to HR practices.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of database management.
